This year's Tokyo Game Show has come and gone, and with it another sterling opportunity for an Ace Attorney 7 announcement. But fans got a flurry of hope earlier this week — followed by yet another wave of disappointment.

On Wednesday, Capcom announced a VR port of the fifth game in the series. Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies VR will launch for Meta VR Glasses, Meta Quest 3/3S, Quest Pro, and Quest2 sometime in 2027.
